The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Grant Committee provides expertise and guidance to the CoC Board related to the HUD Continuum of Care funding program in Tucson/Pima County.

Committee Responsibilities
1. Monitoring CoC recipient and subrecipient performance; recommending performance improvement plans to the CoC Board.
2. Recommending priorities and community strategies related to the use of CoC Program funds to the CoC Board.
3. Developing and recommending performance improvement targets for CoC projects consistent with the CoC’s adopted system performance improvement strategies.
4. Reviewing, updating, and overseeing the implementation of the CoC’s approved reallocation policies.
