The Fiscal Year 2022 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Funding Competition for Tucson/Pima County competition closed on September 27, 2022.

The Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness has completed its Fiscal Year 2022 Continuum of Care Program and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project Funding Competition.

NOFO Activities Record

August 1, 2022: HUD released the FY 2022 CoC and Non-Competitive YHDP Renewal NOFO.

August 2, 2022: TPCH issues Intent to Renew notices to all current CoC and YHDP project applicants. 

August 16, 2022: HUD released the FY 2022 new and renewal project applications in E-SNAPS.

August 18, 2022: TPCH announced call for applications for FY 2022 CoC renewal and new project applications, and YHDP renewal project applications. 

August 26, 2022: TPCH published Renewal Project Score Cards (rating results) and Issued CoC NOFO Notice #1 announcing changes to renewal project evaluation criteria. 

September 2, 2022: TPCH published final Renewal Project Score Card including calculation correction and bonus point application. 

September 14, 2022: TPCH published Preliminary Ranking report and notified all project applicants of acceptance/rejection and recommended ranking placement. 

September 27, 2022: TPCH CoC Board conducted appeal hearing and approved CoC application, CoC Planning Grant Application, and CoC Priority List for submission on or before September 30, 2022. 

September 27, 2022: TPCH published approved final CoC Application, CoC Planning Grant Application, and CoC Priority List for public inspection. 

September 29, 2022: TPCH submitted the FY 2022 AZ-501 Continuum of Care Application, CoC Priority List, CoC Planning Grant Applicant, and CoC Project Applications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
