The FY 2019 CoC Program Competition is Now Open
TPCH has released the local application materials for the FY 2019 Continuum of Care Program Funding Competition in Tucson/Pima County. Organizations interested in applying for new or renewal FY 2019 Continuum of Care Program funds should begin by carefully reviewing the following documents:

- HUD’s FY 2019 Continuum of Care Program NOFA.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 21, 2019 – 11:59PM ARIZONA TIME
The Continuum of Care Program requires two applications – the local ZoomGrants application and the Federal e-snaps application. The FY 2019 TPCH Funding Competition Overview, Instructions, and Process document provides additional information regarding this process and is provided in the file library below along with a variety of HUD and TPCH resources to assist experienced and first-time applicants.
- Review materials and submit the local application at https://www.zoomgrants.com/zgf/FY2019TPCH-CoC.
- Register for and submit the Federal (e-snaps) application online at https://esnaps.hud.gov/grantium/frontOffice.jsf.
REALLOCATION FUNDING AVAILABLE – $789, 310 (updated 8/7/19)
On August 6, 2019, the TPCH Board of Directors voted to reallocate a total of $789,310 in CoC renewal project funding in the FY 2019 Continuum of Care Program funding competition. Reallocation funding is intended to realign our system toward the most urgent community needs and advance our efforts to prevent and end homelessness of all people in Tucson and throughout Pima County. Toward that aim, reallocation funding has been made available by the Board as follows:
$416,715 is available for new applications for Joint Transitional Housing-Rapid Re-housing, Rapid Re-housing, and/or Permanent Supportive Housing projects.
$372,595 is available for Supportive Services Only – Coordinated Entry projects covering the full geographic area of Pima County.
All projects applicants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in HUD’s Fiscal Year 2019 Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Availability and submit new project applications as outlined in the TPCH Fiscal Year 2019 Continuum of Care Program Funding Competition Overview, Instructions, and Process.
