FY 2019 NOFA Headquarters

The FY 2019 CoC Program Competition is Now Closed

TPCH would like to thank the local organizations which submitted applications for HUD Continuum of Care Program funds through the FY 2019 CoC Program funding competition, as well as the many community volunteers who contributed time and expertise to developing the FY 2019 CoC Application and participating in the CoC Reallocation & Bonus Selection Panel, DV Bonus Selection Panel, and Independent Review Panel.

The TPCH Board met on September 24, 2019 and approved the FY 2019 CoC Consolidated Application to HUD which includes three parts:

  1. The CoC Application
  2. The CoC Priority List
  3. Individual Project Applications

Operation Deep Freeze Is Off

Operation Deep Freeze (ODF) is CURRENTLY OFF 

Operation Deep Freeze (ODF) is Tucson's winter severe-weather emergency shelter for people experiencing homelessness. ODF goes into effect when weather predictions are for overnight temperatures of 40°F or lower with rain, 35°F or lower without rain, or when wind chill factors indicate a health hazard from exposure. You do not need an ID or a TB card to participate in ODF.
