Before You Apply
To prepare for this year's local competition, prospective applicants should familiarize themselves with the FY2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grants NOFO from HUD. The local process document serves as additional information, but is not a replacement for understanding the federal guidance and priorities.
Also, ensure that you have access to the e-SNAPS portal where the federal application will be submitted. If you do not have access, and need to learn more, you can create a user profile, and learn more by reviewing resources provided by HUD.
