YHDP Monitoring Kickoff Event

Hello all,
The Continuum of Care Program Grant Committee invites you to a Kickoff event as it prepares to review and monitor YHDP Projects.
It is important that we have all of the YHDP Projects represented at this meeting, so please share this invite with any and all staff that work on these projects:
* YHDP RRH (Community Bridges Inc)
* YHDP Education, Employment, Peer Outreach, Engagement & Advocacy (Goodwill)
* YHDP Youth Care (Our Family Services)
* YHDP New Hope (Our Family Services)
* YHDP Transitions (Community Partnership of Southern Arizona)
* YHDP Bread & Roses (Old Pueblo Community Services)
