About the Funding Opportunity
On June 23, 2026, HUD released the FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Nationally the FY26 funding cycle has made $100M available for new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of permanent supportive housing and enable communities to develop new units of rental housing with supportive services for homeless persons with a disability and or families where at where at least one individual in the household has a disability.
Consistent with HUD requirements, TPCH is administering the local application for funding under this program.
