The Community Oversight Committee monitors the Tucson/Pima homelessness response system and provides expertise and guidance to the CoC Board as it relates to community issues and improve services in Pima County.

Committee Responsibilities
- Collaborating with CoC Board, Lead Entities, and community stakeholders to plan and coordinate initiatives within TPCH and in cross-sector partnership with other aligned systems with particular focus on community issues.
- Reviewing existing and proposed TPCH policies and practices; recommending strategies to increase representation from community stakeholders and prevent structural systemic gaps prior to new policy adoption.
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative data regarding service gaps within the local homelessness response system.
- Issuing recommendations to improve outcomes for all populations served through the local homelessness response system to the CoC Board.
- Collaborating with CoC Lead/Collaborative Applicant and HMIS Lead to issue periodic reports, at least annually, on efforts to address integrity within the homelessness response system and the outcomes of those efforts.
