WINTER BLANKET DISTRIBUTION READY

Disaster blankets are available to local agencies for distribution to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness again this year. Blanks are being stored at TMM Family Services’ ReStore located at 2598 E. 22nd Street in Tucson. Blankets can be picked up Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM for distribution to individuals served by local agencies.

Please call the ReStore at (520) 326-1936 in advance to arrange blanket pickup. When picking up blankets you must have:

1) ID and a signed letter on agency letterhead authorizing you to pick up blankets on the agency’s behalf.

2) A vehicle large enough to accommodate 1 or more full unopened boxes of blankets. Blankets are only distributed in boxes of 8.  Boxes measure 2′ x 15″ x 20″.

Note: Blankets may be picked up only by agencies serving people experiencing homelessness. Individuals in need of blankets should contact a local service provider.
